This course is designed for beginner to intermediate level participants. Depending on your physical fitness, we can also offer more challenging exercises. The classes include a dynamic combination of strength, flexibility, balance and endurance exercises. Inverted postures are also included. This allows you to strengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility, concentration and mental resilience at the same time. Each class ends with a meditation and savasana (deep relaxation) so that you feel relaxed, refreshed and full of energy afterwards.
