Ultimate Frisbee Schnuppereinheit

Werfen, Laufen, Fangen und Punkt - das ist Ultimate Frisbee in Kürze. Eine Besonderheit dieses Sports ist das hohe Fairplay-Verhalten sowie der minimale Körperkontakt (sogenannter "Spirit of the Game") aller Mitspielenden.

In einem Kurz-Workshop zeigen wir dir die Grundlagen der Technik und des Spiels. Vom Kennenlernen über Werfen bis hin zum Spiel wird einfach ausprobiert.

Throwing, running, catching, and scoring - that's Ultimate Frisbee in a nutshell. A special feature of this sport is the high level of fair play and minimal physical contact (known as the “spirit of the game”) among all players.
